Congratulations to two young ladies well deserving of the New York State Federation of Republican Women's Millenium Scholarships.  President Karen Smith presented scholarship awards to Grace Turner, daughter of Ontario County Women's Republican Club President Trisha Turner, and Skylar McBride, granddaughter of Sue Salem from Poughkeepsie Women's Republican  Club of Dutchess County.
